The Spade Luxator Set of 5 with Dental Cassette brings together all five essential angulations of the spade luxator series in a single, organized kit built for daily clinical use.
Each instrument in the set is designed for a specific extraction scenario. The Straight luxator covers the premolar-to-premolar zone in both upper and lower arches. The Right and Left angled luxators target mandibular molars and root tips on their respective sides. The Mesial Angle accesses the mesial and bucco-mesial surfaces of maxillary premolars and molars, while the Distal Angle reaches the distal and lingual aspects of upper arch posterior teeth. Together, they provide full arch coverage - anterior to posterior, maxillary to mandibular - with no access angle left unaddressed.
What Makes This Set Practical:
All five instruments arrive pre-loaded in a stainless steel or anodized aluminium dental cassette with individual instrument slots. The cassette keeps each luxator secure during autoclave cycles, prevents tip damage from instrument-on-instrument contact, and allows the tray to go directly from the autoclave to the chairside bracket table. The colour-coded or labelled slot system allows quick visual identification, even mid-procedure with gloved hands.

Material & Build: All five luxators are manufactured from medical grade stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant, smooth finish. Each instrument has an ergonomic handle designed for a firm palm or pen grip during rotational and apical luxation movements. The dental cassette is constructed from medical-grade stainless steel or anodised aluminium, compatible with standard autoclave sterilization at 134°C (273°F).
