Dental Solutions offers direct international shipping to customers in Australia for selected professional dental products.

At present, our Australian product range includes arLoupe digital dental loupes, with additional products expected to become available for the Australian market over time.

Direct International Delivery to Australia

Eligible products can be shipped directly to Australian dental clinics, businesses and dental professionals.

International orders are shipped using tracked courier services. Depending on the shipment and origin, carriers such as DHL Express may be used.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges depend on the product, shipment size, destination and courier service.

The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before your order is finalized.

For high-value equipment, we recommend using a clinic or business delivery address whenever possible.

Australian GST, Customs Duties & Import Charges

Products shipped internationally to Australia may be subject to Australian import GST, customs duties, import processing charges, carrier clearance fees or other government charges.

For goods valued above AUD $1,000, Australian Border Force generally requires an import declaration and applicable duties, taxes and other charges must be paid before the goods can be released.

Australian GST on taxable imports is generally 10% of the value of the taxable importation. This value can include the customs value of the goods, international shipping and insurance, and any applicable customs duty.

Unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout or in your order confirmation, these import charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer/importer.

How Are Import Charges Paid?

When a shipment is sent using a courier such as DHL Express, the courier normally manages the customs-clearance process.

If duties, GST or other import charges are payable by the receiver, the courier may contact the customer by email or SMS with instructions to pay the charges before delivery.

In some cases, the shipment may instead be arranged with duties and taxes paid by the sender. If this applies to your order, Dental Solutions will confirm this before shipment.

Customs Clearance

For shipments valued above AUD $1,000, additional customs-clearance information may be required from the Australian importer.

The courier or customs broker may request information such as:

  • Customer or business details
  • Australian Business Number (ABN), where applicable
  • Product description
  • Commercial invoice
  • Declared value
  • Product classification or HS code

Dental Solutions will provide the commercial shipping documentation required from the seller whenever applicable.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the product, shipment origin, Australian destination and customs clearance.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the shipment with the courier.

Customs inspections, import documentation requests or unpaid import charges may occasionally delay delivery.
