Every piece in the set works on the same principle: a thin blade inserts along the root surface into the periodontal ligament space and severs the PDL fibers holding the tooth in place, rather than prying the tooth loose the way a conventional elevator does. The set spans the 2mm width up through 5mm, covering 2mm straight, 3mm straight, 3mm inverted curve, 3mm curved, 3mm double angled, 5mm straight, and 5mm curved. That range means a straight blade is available for direct, in-line access on anterior teeth, curved and inverted-curve blades for posterior teeth and lingual or distal surfaces, and a double-angled blade for the tightest posterior access where cheek and tongue clearance is limited.
